_Client Training Coordinator_
Coordinates training registration activities within Client/Associate training.
Coordinates all logistical aspects of training including: travel and accommodations for associates traveling for training, arranging for per diem checks and maintaining and ordering stock of department supplies.
Works closely with students, supervisors and management on all enrollment and travel questions and concerns.
Completes all training database operations including: creating classes in the training system, processing enrollments and cancellations, monitoring pre-requisites and maintaining student course materials.
Maintains all training documentation including: monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, enrollments, training databases, class announcements and class schedules.
Prepares invoices for payment, processes cross-charges and answers questions regarding the process.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
## Experience, Skills, Academic
Education: Associates Degree preferred.

Experience: Up to 1 year related administrative work experience.

Qualifications:
Analytical reasoning ability in routine situations to establish priorities, etc.
Ability to coordinate/organize activities, materials, information and other resources within small tasks or projects to organize class material, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Good reading, writing and numeric/logic skills to prepare correspondence, record data, basic math, etc.
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to deal effectively with associates and clients.
Knowledge and understanding of ADP organizational structure and initiatives. Basic knowledge of ADP software applications is Preferred.
Must be able to operate PC and MS Office software products, such as Word and Excel or equivalent.
Experience with word processing, spreadsheet and registrar software.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Oracle, Ariba and Pathlore are a plus
Please note that there may be up to 5% Travel (non driving)
