A well known personal injury law firm is seeking a workers comp paralegal/legal assistant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required
10
years of experience in workers compensation and personal injury
Previous experience with Needles software highly preferred, TrialWorks and/or Case Management preferred
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, type 55+wpm
Responsibilities include:
Daily contact with clients and WCC
Handle case load of 100
cases
Collect medical records and bills
Prepare litigation documents, briefs and legal correspondenceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
