Registered Masters of Social Work required

Responsible to the Clinical Services Director/Clinical Services Manager to provide patients and families psychosocial care regarding economic, social, and emotional needs. Implements and coordinates all social service activities relating to the social aspect of the program.
_Experience_: At least one year of experience in varied multidisciplinary settings in the health care field. Experience working with patients and families coping with terminal illness and death.
_Education_: For hospice services employee must have Masters of Social Work from accredited school.
_Qualifications_:
Registered as Social Worker in the State (according to State Guidelines).Demonstrated ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, interpersonal relations, and organization skills.
_Travel_: Necessary on a daily basis.
Department: Branch Office
Schedule: Per Diem
Shift: Varied Shifts
Hours: Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
