Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to work in our call center.
Role:
Receiving and responding to calls from providers, pharmacies, members, and long term care facilities.
Entering drug therapy overrides into the system.
Making outbound calls to physicians and pharmacies.
Other duties as required.
Ideal candidates will possess one or more years of customer service experience, a high school education or equivalent, and strong problem solving skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
