If so, this may be the opportunity that takes your career to the next level! AAA Sign Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager.
This individual will be responsible for carrying out project expectations from the signed contract to the project's invoicing.
The process includes creating and monitoring milestone tasks, organizing and prioritizing tasks, coordinating with multiple internal departments, scheduling, generating work orders for manufacturing & installation, and general communication with customers.
This individual should have superb organizational skills as well as be flexible with changing priorities based on the company's strategic goals.
Excellent attention to detail and proficient computer skills are required.
This position is the liaison between all other internal departments:
sales, design, estimating, permitting, purchasing, manufacturing, installation and management.
Job Duties:
Create work orders for confirmed jobs Compile scopes of work for multi-location projects Gather necessary renderings, site plans and photos Submit permitting and utility locate requests Effectively communicate with sales reps, office staff, outside crew installation techs and customers Maintain status of assigned projects Keep up with installation schedule and installation requests Manage invoicing for assigned jobs - including but not limited to obtaining tax, permit and procurement costs, emailing invoices, gathering and compiling completion photos and customer sign-off paperwork Required Skills:

years of experience in project management in a construction environment Qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field of study or applicable experience Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must Experience prioritizing many projects and tasks at one time with changing requirements and strict deadlines Forward thinker, self-starter, and ability to work independently and in team settings A team player with leadership abilities Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine priorities based on current workload and deadlines Knowledge in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word) required; Company uses software and management tools that require computer proficiency Physical Requirements:
Normal office setting, noise level in work environment is moderately quiet Regular attendance is critical This position is for our Augusta location This is not a remote position Benefits Offered:
