19572 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for providing high quality customer service through leading and motivating a team of Brand Advisors (BA) and frontline specialists (60-70 employees).
The successful candidate must be approachable, flexible and visible with an ability to coach and build high performing teams.
This position will report to the Engagement Center Manager (ECM).
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must have strong communication skills and knowledge of CEC operations.
Must have proven leadership, business acumen and ability to develop high performing teams.
Must be detail-oriented and manage change with an understanding of employee and customer reactions.
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
At least 3 years working in call center environment in a leadership role.
