Additionally, the Manufacturing Operator position is expected to manufacture a quality product in accordance with customer specifications.
This will be achieved through following standard work, implementing continuous improvements, in-process Quality inspections and adequately completing preventive maintenance of equipment and processes.
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring and effectively trouble-shooting machinery and components to achieve the desired results.

Facility operates 24/7 with a rotating 12 hour shift.
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to work a 12 hour rotating shift.
Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment or applicable military experience.

Insure uncompromised customer satisfaction.
Participation with Team to maintain and improve a safe work environment, good housekeeping and 5-S standards.
Participation with Team production planning based on customer needs.
Participation with Team to perform equipment operation including startups and quality adjustments.
Insure product complies and exceeds quality standards.
Engages in root cause analysis efforts for continuous improvement.
Engages in all assigned production and safety metrics.
