You would be responsible for taking all unsold customers and conducting a follow-up schedule to find additional co-signers, run limited credit through new lenders as time went on and ultimately try to close anything that was unable to be closed in the home.
Day-to-day Responsibilities but not limited too.
Follow-up calls / exit polls to unsold customers Create gmail accounts for homeowners and gain google reviews Create a referral base for the location Log notes and details of calls in Abe Connect File red folders in appropriate categories to maximize effective follow-up and closures Have the ability to recommend different products and services (i.
e.
- Flipping the customer from a poly to a basic or from a freedom to a repair) Inspect Company Cam pictures prior to follow up or exit poll so you have a full understanding of what kind of situation the customer is in Follow-up on USDA loan paperwork and coordinating with customer to satisfy all stipulations Attend sales meetings and get a breakdown of all appointments for the day prior and take effective notes to maximize effectiveness on the follow-up calls Keep the office clean and organized under the direction of the office manager Must have solid verbal communication skills and sales experience is a plus Cross-train as Inside Sales to cover for IS responsibilities if needed Pay Structure $10 - $12 per hour Commission - 70% (BDC) - 30% (RA) split Technological and office supply requirements Workspace within office Computer Phone Various office supplies Job Type:
