The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and an attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and take initiative in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Answer and screen telephone calls and respond to inquiries as needed.
Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Assist with special projects as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
