Cath Lab/EP Tech - Full Time Days - Piedmont Augusta
RESPONSIBLE FORAssists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures, has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures.
Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures and sedation for patients.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREDRegistered Nurse (RN) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) CertificationMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED3 years experience in Cath or 3 years exp ICU/Cardiac Registered NursingMINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current Georgia RN license or RCIS CertificationADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBCLS and ACLS Recommended Skills Cath Protein Structure Classification Catheterization Laboratory Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Critical Care Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
