Heart of the Operation!SpecialtyCare continues to expand our footprint and we are growing in Augusta, GA! We are seeking a Staff Perfusionist (New graduate or experienced welcome to apply) to join our team of five (5) Perfusionists, one (1) Area Clinical Manager, and four (4) talented surgeons.
This is an adults only case load but there is a potential for pediatric cases if interested.
We perform approximately 400-500 open heart procedures per year.
Each Perfusionist performs 100-125 cases per year.
Cases vary from simple to complex as well as standbys including TAVR, Mitraclips, and Angiovac.
ECMO involvement is limited and call is shared equally.
Hospital has recently purchased all new cell saver and heart lung machines.

Position Requirements Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
