As a managed service provider, we provide proactive IT support to our SMB clients in the greater Augusta area.
As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategies and initiatives.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and HR policy development.
You will work closely with the leadership team to create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote fairness, consistency, and compliance.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Partner with the leadership team to identify training and development needs, and design and deliver relevant programs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.
Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements, and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or manager role, preferably in a technology or IT services environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
