Responsibilities:
oMaintain and correct the ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
oReport defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
oAssist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
oManage inventory at the branch location.
oRequest vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
oAssist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
oHandle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
oAssist with special projects and requests.
oWork in the inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
oAssist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.

3 or more years of experience requiredoSoftware Knowledge:
SAP, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Ariba Recommended Skills Data/Record Logging Maintenance Mechanical Engineering Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Microsoft Power Point Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
