Pricing Analyst

General Shale Brick is the legacy brand of General Shale established in 1928.
The brand is available through nine production sites and 17 distribution centers across North America.
The brand includes industry-renowned products including many popular colors and textures, which continue to be in high-demand for unique residential and commercial projects.
Position requirements:
Provide information on pricing to Customer Service and Finance departments Accurately maintain and administer pricing files Resolve customer pricing disputes Collect customer sales agreements and review for compliance with pricing strategy Collects data to ensure that the pricing for local merchandise is competitive for assigned regions Serves as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to local merchandise Provides sales reports to determine sales performance and identify sell-through, commitment, forecast and replenishment opportunities Work with Sales management team to improve margins via pricing and costing accuracy Provides analysis and assistance with contract negotiation for national account contracts Work closely with Pricing Manager and Inventory Management to develop and deploy pricing strategies for slow moving items Higher education preferred, but not required General Shale offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to health benefits, 401(k) with a company match, paid vacations, and paid holidays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
