Responsibilities:
oApply layers or layers of paint and coating to a product to protect it from the elements and/or make itmore aesthetically appealing under minimal supervision.
oPrepare surfaces, clean products, and apply the coating, such as paint and powder to various parts.
oAdjust and tune application equipment to meet acceptable standards.
oLoad unpainted parts on the conveyor line and remove painted parts.
oInspect parts to ensure quality and properly store painted parts using established methods to minimizedefects.
oUse all safety equipment such as a respirator, dust mask, and all PPE to ensure compliance with EHSpolicies.
oPerform masking of part features per TSV's specification.
oComplete move tickets as required for defective material and rework parts as necessary.
oWork in cross-functional teams and communicate machine down, damage to equipment, and part issues.
