As the Technical Data Assistant (Quality Data Specialist), you must be experienced with aircraft records and have a comprehensive knowledge of the RSQCM and FAA regulations Reviews aircraft and engine logbook pages to ensure compliance for completeness and accuracy.
Communicates aircraft record discrepancies to Operations.
Adhere to General Work Requirements as required in coordination with Quality leadership Research and capture all maintenance program requirements to include Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, etc.
to establish comprehensive and accurate listings of requirements for specific model aircraft.
Research all maintenance documentation for an aircraft and conduct necessary on-aircraft inspections to construct an accurate configuration of specific aircraft Utilize research SA research program to establish aircraft maintenance requirements pertinent to customer visit and organize the results into an understandable report for delivery to customer Provide customer with a complete completed maintenance log entry in accordance with FAA Part 43.
Ensure all of the customer's maintenance logs are recorded and logged into system upon arrival.
Minimum Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED equivalent.
Secondary education preferred) Eligibility requirements:
Prior experience performing aircraft maintenance research demonstrated knowledge of the applicable regulatory requirements relating to maintenance of aeronautical products.
Knowledgeable on the documentation completion requirements, including the creation of logbook documentation for specific customers.
Microsoft Office and typing skills Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Must have the ability to think clearly, speak intelligibly on the telephone and in person.
Must have 20/20 vision (corrected if necessary) Must have good interpersonal and verbal skills in order to interface with customers and employees.
Must be able to sit for extended periods.
Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
Preferred Characteristics:
A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate preferred but not required based on relevant experience.
