Sr Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities:
Evaluate pay structures, recommend compensation rates, and provide general instruction on the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures to the HR team.
Develop and implement recommendations for improvements to existing or new compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys and use various data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
Apply knowledge of pay practices to ensure pay policy is aligned with Textron Corporate and is consistent across the business.
Lead in developing the strategy and administration of local incentive plans, relocation/field assignments, and special payments for employed domestic, international, and executive employees.
Lead in the preparation, execution, and post-completion of the annual merit planning cycle and payout process.
Perform weekly, monthly, and annual audits in conjunction with the HR Operations and HR Compliance teams and provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics.
Work with the compliance team to prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization.
Participate in the Textron Enterprise Compensation Working Group, develop strong relationships to share best practices and data, and participate in peer benchmarking.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relataed field required Years of
Experience:
5-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required, Compensation experience is strongly preferred Software Knowledge:
Microsoft Office products, PeopleSoft, Oracle, ADP, SuccessFactors Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Automated Data Processing (Adp) Data Analysis Human Resources Incentive Programs Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
