Responsibilities:
oAssist to rig and move machines and equipment to include positioning, leveling, aligning, and anchoring.
oHelp to carry out special projects related to facilities and building maintenance and safety.
oExecute work orders with some assistance in a timely manner.
oEnsure efficient operations of all equipment and machines by executing preventative maintenance on siteutility systems such as HVAC units, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, etc.
oDiagnose machine or equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties, implement repairs as required tominimize downtime.
oPerform skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other physicalstructures with the use of standard or specialty tools.
oSupports facilities engineers in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard of WorkProcedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications:
oEducation:
High school diploma or GED required, technical school or certifications preferred.
oYears of
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience.
oTechnical Knowledge:
Experience with the basic use and/or application of technical and mechanicalprinciples, theories and concepts preferred.
