The Reserves Network has partnered with an entrepreneurial-minded business unit to find their next General Manager.
Our client provides a wide range of advanced technology products and services to the aerospace, defense, and security verticals and markets.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY? Full-time executive position, General Manager, with a leading company in the Bio-Defense sector Responsible for all aspects of the Business Unit, including full P&L, operations & safety Opportunity to lead and develop a talented team driving operational excellence Drive both results and accountability with grit and agility Be on the forefront of new technology and related applications On-site role in the Charlotte Metro area DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 15 years of general management or senior leadership experience Experience in Bio-Defense or related industry highly desired Familiarity with U.

Government agencies and services preferred Defense prime contracting Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and Business Development experience a plus Eligibility to obtain/maintain U.
