Training Coordinator- LAD

Description The Defense Group at Leidos is currently looking for a Training Coordinator for the Logistics Assistance Division (LAD) program at Ft.
Gordon, GA.
The Training Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support the US Army CECOM Division Support Branch TSD.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate training courses and schedules, supporting and delivering cyber training programs (outsourced or in-house) for customer.
Gather data and develop training reports to be submitted to government lead.
Facilitate out-sourced training courses for customer.
Assess training needs through surveys, consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Evaluate course effectiveness through training statistics, providing recommendations for improvement to leads.
Plan, develop, and provide training and instructor development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Develop specific training programs to help instructors maintain or improve job skills.
Ensure training is supplemented with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or quizzes.
Obtain and maintain training resources, such as manuals, guides, course texts, handouts or visual materials.
Facilitate appropriate training resources per course (software, hardware, virtual, simulated, etc.
) to ensure a successful training course.
Provide classrooms with appropriate resources prior to the start of each course.
Manage and monitor the proctoring of Pearson Vue testing Facilitate exams Provide Administration to exam kits Coordinate with customer to plan and facilitate training.
Instructor experience required.
May be required to teach.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of directly related experience.
Additional directly related experience can offset the degree requirements.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience with Project Management software (Microsoft Project).
Experience with Learning Management System(s) such as Talent LMS, Cloud Academy, Coursera, Uldemy or IT Pro TV.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.
00 - $102,000.
00 - $137,700.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
