Responsibilities:
o Partner with business leadership to support strategic initiatives and execute HR actions and milestonesannually; including but not limited to Talent Review, Rewards planning, Strategic Workforce Planning,Performance Management, etc.
o Support organizational design across assigned groups to effectively structure teams, identify support, skillgaps, and partner with leaders on workforce planning.
o Collaborate with leaders on training and talent development initiatives within the organization includingteam development, succession planning, and full-year performance cycle management.
o Lead employee engagement and diversity momentum to minimize attrition by analyzing exit interviewdata and employee survey results, developing actionable plans with the business, and tracking the success ofinitiatives.
o Support the management of HR projects to achieve milestones and timelines.
o Consult with finance support to proactively workforce plan for all levels within the organization.
