Manager, New Product Integration

Responsibilities:
o Understand customer critical success factors, develop corrective actions, and lead productivityand process improvements for focus area operation.
o Establish and maintain a standard for New Product Introduction (NPI) timetables that meets thecapabilities and capacities of ISC and company sales plans.
o Collaboratively work with Product Strategy team to clearly define ISC requirements and ensureincorporation into business strategy.
o Leverage program management (PM) best practices and continuously improve PM processes toachieve better planning, visibility, performance, and effectiveness.
o Actively drive timely completion of all project team tasks to include Supply Chain, Quality, andManufacturing.
o Enforce use of defined stage gate process to guide all project activities and milestone signoffs.
o Manage transition between NPI team and functional ISC teams including Materials, Buyers,Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality departments.
o Create and maintain reports to monitor and control all project tasks, plus risk assessments,performance to targets, budgets and program schedule.
o Regularly report out project status to senior leadership; providing project status detailing costs,issues, and performance against established targets and timelines.
o Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performanceobjectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
o Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard andunderstood, empowered and valued.
