The $100 million facility will help to fill the current and growing shortage of cybersecurity talent in the state and nation.
The Georgia Cyber Innovation and Training Center represents a unique public/private partnership that includes Augusta University, Augusta Technical College, the University System of Georgia's research institutions, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and other state, federal, and private-sector partners working together to meet this workforce demand and to innovate, train, and strengthen defenses.
The state-of-the-art Center is located in the growing cybersecurity corridor in Augusta, Georgia, that is also home to the U.

The Center is located on the downtown campus of Augusta University and houses the School of Computer and Cyber Sciences.
Job Summary This position will provide direct daily administrative support to the Georgia Cyber Center Executive Suite, to include Business Operations, Cyber Range, e1337 Training, and Outreach and Engagement.
Responsibilities The duties include, but not limited to:
GENERAL SUPPORT FOR ALL UNITS:
Serve as receptionist for Executive Suite, assist unit Directors with Administrative Support, manage shared mailboxes and folders for units by ensuring timely responses and engaging the necessary personnel when needed, schedule meetings (to include reserving conference rooms and sending invites), schedule interviews (to include reserving conference room, sending invites, preparing interview documentation), attend meetings (to include taking minutes and distributing minutes to unit Directors), and maintain Office Supplies.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS UNIT SUPPORT:
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders in support of all units, prepare Invoices as needed in support of all units, and handle general bookkeeping duties in support of all units.
CYBER RANGE UNIT SUPPORT:
Assist with contract routing and run reports from Range systems and databases.
e1337 TRAINING UNIT SUPPORT:
Track inquiries of training offerings, maintain contact lists, run reports weekly, track finance/contract items for training materials, schedule trainings, and coordinate flow of Credentialing Assistance Process Assist program OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT:
Backup for Receptionist (to include greeting guests and creating temporary badges), assist in scheduling events, conferences, training meeting and luncheons (to include preparation of agendas, invitations, documents/packets, and swag bags).
OTHER DUTIES:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of four years progressively responsible experience in administrative support positions.
OR High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a State or Federal accrediting organization and seven years progressively responsible experience in administrative support positions.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree and one year experience in administrative support functions Knowledge of Airtable.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities KNOWLEDGE Prior experience working with and coordination of administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
SKILLS Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate adaptability and agility in a variety of situations.
ABILITIES Ability to exercise sound judgement, make responsible decisions, and deliver excellent customer service.
