Duties Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues Build and maintain valuable working relationships with clients to establish rapport and trust Follow-up on new opportunities to increase the client base by qualifying potential new accounts Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to provide technical support to current and potential clients Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Manage and maintain client accounts in the company's CRM system (Salesforce) Lead new client onboarding and conduct product demonstrations Handle client escalations and resolve any issues in a timely manner Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities Work with the Redwoods product team to create and maintain product support documentation Provide client support outside of office time Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem solving skills, well organized, with a strong attention to detail Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships Experience troubleshooting problems and guiding clients through problem resolution Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills - email, text, phone, interpersonal Must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting and building relationships with new people High School diploma or equivalent Job Type:
