65 an hour Supply Specialist III CIF Provides technical advice and assistance to supply personnel including performance of duties of lower level positions in the core Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) services as well as performs the duties to include but not limited to:
requisitioning, receipt, storage, maintenance of amnesty box; issue, turn-in, E-Order fittings, maintaining active and inactive files and direct exchange services to individuals, classification and disposal of unserviceable, performing inventories, processing adjustment documents, and use of Military Information Systems for accountability and reporting.
In addition to the above tasks, additional functions include:
Analyzes, investigates, and initiates reporting actions on supply discrepancies Lateral transfers, hand receipts, temporary loans Process adjustments, and use of Military Automated Supply System for accountability and reporting Manages signature card files and verifies all authorizations are current.
Contacts customers for updated cards upon expiration Provides priority assistance to and coordination with units under Preparation of Overseas Movement and Emergency Deployment orders Provides new OCIE Fielding Support services to include warehousing, conducting or assisting Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier in issuing new OCIE directly to individuals or in bulk to units, uploading Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI) issues and turn-ins in an Military Automated Supply System and maintaining hand receipt records Uses the Military Automated Supply System to prepare all supply documents Performs requirements determination Performs other duties as assigned The employee chooses, interprets and adapts available guidelines (that often contain conflicting or ambiguous instructions) to specific assignments, and recommends changes to those policies Requirements Four years of work experience in the supply field with two years of work experience in military supply.
Experienced with Military Automated Supply Systems in preparing supply documents, adjustments and reports.
Practical knowledge of a wide range of established property and supply management policies and processes, and the ability to apply a variety of common methods and techniques to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of these various property and supply programs Ability to identify needed remedies or improvements and recommend solutions.
Skilled in effective oral and written communication to explain regulations, update policy and instructions, conduct investigations, provide program information to management and customers, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the organization's supply operation.
Guidelines consist of supply, procurement and automation manuals and regulations as well as applicable Department of Defense, Department of the Army, Major Command and local instructions and policies.
Guidelines are numerous and not always directly applicable.
Employee must use considerable judgment, based on extensive past training experience in researching and applying regulations in order to determine the applicability and relationship between guidelines and program goals.

citizen and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
Must be proficient in the use of computers and MS Office Software.
Must be able to obtain a CAC and work the assigned shift hours.
Must possess a valid state driver's license; may be required to be licensed to operate Government provided vehicles.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
