Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with billing and payments - Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents - Provide excellent customer support to clients, addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Assist with clerical duties as needed, including data entry and record keeping - Coordinate projects or special assignments as assigned by management Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and files - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy Note:
