Benefits Work from Home 401(k) with matching Health Insurance PTO Bonus pay opportunities In-house CEU offerings monthly and access to free CEU library Flexible Schedule Competitive Salary (based on experience) Comprehensive clinical leadership team to provide guidance and support Full-time (25 billable hours) and Part-time options available Responsibilities Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, including analyzing data and making program updates as needed Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures & provide appropriate feedback/training to aid in the efficacy of our behavior change programs Implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds Complete progress reports for clients bi-annually, or as required by the funding source Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.
) based on the needs of the client May conduct initial assessments and design treatment plans for new incoming clients Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other service professionals (SLP, OT, PT, school teachers) based on the needs of the client Navigate Central Reach software for collecting and analyzing data Experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must be open to working with clients via Telehealth, with the option to work with clients in-person if desired Central Reach experience preferred but not required Must work well with children, parents, and other service professionals Willing to have background check Note:
