This person must have an advanced understanding of processes and the importance

detail. The ability to anticipate and solve problems, and to multi-task in a
fast-paced environment is key. The selected individual must be a team player
with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience
with Direct to Consumer, E-Commerce, Tilt Tray, Unit Sortation, Automation,
AS400, WMS (Manhattan), OMS (Ecometry, Sterling) is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Coordinate between Direct and Wholesale departments
to ensure that proper work flow is achieved on the shift.
2. Interact with
management and cross-functional employees to ensure continuous

and mentor supervisors, leads and
associates for future advancement.
5. Set clear performance expectations and
give appropriate recognition for performance.
6. Review individual
performance and attendance trends and help supervisors with the counseling and

production procedures and methods.
8. Maintain a safe work environment.
9. Inspect the quality of work and accuracy.

1. College degree in Logistics, Accounting,
Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business Management preferred.

3. 3-5 years of post-college business experience
preferably in an inventory control environment.
Skill Requirements
1. Microsoft Excel, Access & Word
2. Outlook, or
Email system.
3. Knowledge of Manhattan Associates WMS software or equivalent
WMS systems.
4. OMS (Sterling)
5. AS400
6. Previous WMS and OMS
Experience (Manhattan Associates and (Sterling) preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
