Job Descriptions:
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Regional Hub Node-Experimentation (RHN-E) remains compliant with current DoD and Army Information Assurance (IA) policies as it relates to network protection, DIACAP, and personnel training.
Duties
Monitor vendor websites for current hot-fixes, patches, updates and service packs weekly; utilize Microsoft SCCM to implement those fixes
Scan the network using Retina to ensure all fixes have been applied
Manage systems configuration, maintenance, problem troubleshooting, plan and direct upgrades, and conduct testing operations to ensure optimum system functionality
Provide technical expertise related to DIACAP
Maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) and conduct IA Control reviews
Constantly keep the Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAM) up-to-date
Review contingency plans and conduct contingency testing annually and annotate the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS)
Initiate re-accreditation process within a year of the Authority to Operate (ATO) expiration
Maintain an Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) manager's account to monitor and update RHN-E personnel IA training records
Ensure all RHN-E personnel meet annual IA training requirements
Verify personnel IA training compliance prior to allowing access to DoD Information Systems
Physical Requirements:
Required to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout various times during the day
Be able to talk or hear, both in person and/or by telephone
Ability to reach with hands and arms: lift up to 20 pounds

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this position:
Ten years Information Technology experience
Five years Windows 2003/2008 Server experience
Five years Information Assurance experience which includes patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)the ability to conduct vulnerability scans using Retina Network Security Scanner
Must have hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be proficient with MS Office products, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Individual must be a self-starter with the ability to function with little direct supervision
Required Certifications:
COMPTIA Security Plus or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator or equivalent

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
