_Location of the position: Gordon Lanes Bowling Center_. It is a flexible position scheduled to work 0-40 hours per week based on the needs of the activity.

Sets up and replenishes salad bar.Prepares food by peeling, chopping etc. Weighs, measures, and assembles ingredients for regular and modified menu items. Mixes ingredients according to precisely written recipes. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment. Disassembles, cleans and assembles the equipment. Cleans, stores, and maintains all equipment and work areas after each use. Cleans other work areas and equipment. Follows established sanitation procedures. Ensures that foods are stored at the correct temperatures to prevent bacteria growth. Basic knowledge of food preparation methods and procedures. Skill to cook a limited variety of prepared foods or short order foods. Ability to read and understand written food service material. Skill in performing basic mathematical computations. Knowledge of the various tables of weights and measures. Skill in operating, disassembling and cleaning basic food service equipment. Knowledge of basic sanitation, infection and spoilage control procedures.
Conditions of employment:
1. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
2. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.
3. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification check.
4. Successfully complete all required background checks.
5. Satisfactorily complete physical examination.
