Office Manager will be responsible for-

Responsibilities include assistance in strategic planning, competitive cost analysis, special project assignments, project analysis and valuation as well as preparation of various pro-formas as they relate to the ongoing operation of the Augusta facility. Also responsible for developing financial solutions and methods necessary to accomplish strategic goals of the Division and the local plant. Has direct reporting responsibility for all Augusta Office Administrative functions and personnel. Responsible to identify, implement and drive administrative savings and cost reduction opportunities.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Assist the financial portion of the strategic planning process.
Perform competitive cost analysis for the Augusta plant location.
Responsible for assisting Division and local plant management in the preparation of cost valuations, capital project justifications, as well as various financial pro formas.
Conduct financial analysis and special project work for the division or the local plant, including preparation of various pro formas, discounted cash flows, ROI's as they related to major expansion/acquisitions/divestitures and business valuations.
Conduct financial, information, post completion capital audits, and internal control audits
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial projects.
Required to work closely with division and Plant management to develop ad hoc and standard computerized reporting packages via financial databases, electronic spreadsheets and PC networks to insure accomplishment of Division strategic goals.
Serve as local point person/expert responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, training and general reporting functions associated with Oracle.
Familiar with techniques of statistical analysis and operations research; recommend and implement appropriate models/electronic spreadsheets to improve forecasting, planning, scheduling, and analytical.
Responsible for reviewing submitted capital projects checking the accuracy of the justification calculations and compliance with Corporate and Division capital policy.
Assist in the budgeting process.
Assists / coordinates with SOX requirements.
Oversees fixed asset accounting, supplemental, timely closures, etc.
Assist with routine month end reporting, Ad hoc plant reporting, and plant variance analysis
Assist with preparation of Quarterly Re-forecasts, Economic Bridge and explanations/commentary of variances to prior year, prior month and budget.
Assist with training of new manufacturing and sales personnel at site accounting and financial systems.
Develop and maintain safety program for administrative employees. Ensure compliance with plant safety rules.
Supervise administrative positions in preparing analyses and reports in production performance, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, SPS, month end closing as scheduled or requested on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Create or modify programs and reports to improve efficiencies in various administrative tasks. Implement new procedures as required by corporate or division staff.
Build, maintain and manage productive employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction. Provide direction, training, and development as needed. Provide coaching, counseling, or discipline as needed. Recommend disciplinary action to plant manager. Work with off-site HR to address employee concerns and issues.
Drive productivity and quality initiatives through administrative functions as appropriate.
Hire, train, direct and mentor staff and all plant employees with diverse language, cultural and educational background. Develop subordinates through education, training, and teamwork.
Serve on Plant Leadership Team.
Coordinates plant events, ceremonies, and meetings
Other duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
