Description:
Responsible for janitorial services to include office, cubical areas, hallways, emptying trash, dusting, mopping, cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floos, vacuum, stairwells, restrooms, gymnasium, etc. Full-time position Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent -Good Communications Skills -Able to work within a team environment -Minimum of 2 years cleaning experience in facilities/industrial setting -Attention to Details -Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs. -Must be able to reach/lift above head level -Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time -Ability to work independently -Willingness to help others -Able to read and complete daily work order/task sheets -experience in providing Janitorial Services within an Office/facility environment -experience in cleaning Equipment (Scrubbers, Shampooers, Strippers,Buffes, Commercial Vacuums and etc) NA
