The duties of this position are as follows Painting, Sign making, Carpet &VCT flooring, tile installer, Drywall finisher in the Engineering Department. The duties include preparing and coating or re-coating surfaces, both interior and exterior, in various areas of the building and grounds. Visual illustration Design & fabrication of signage for the Medical Center and installation. Surface prep and installation of flooring finishing of new drywall. Work Schedule:

Incumbent must be able to perform in a sustained effort scraping, sanding, cleaning and painting surfaces, including ceilings and walls which require the use of tools overhead and above shoulder heights Working Conditions:
Incumbent is subject to hazardous conditions, such as danger from inhaling harmful fumes and vapors, danger from receiving burns and skin irritations and danger of eye injury while chipping and scrapping paint, plaster or rust. Pre-Employment Physical Required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
