Position Summary The Buffalo Group, a subsidiary of Jacobs Technology Incorporated, is seeking experienced CI Specialists, with a focus on Mission Analysis CI, to support the U.
S.
Army.
The CI Specialist will provide research and analysis in order to create products and responses to RFIs for the customer on foreign intelligence and technology protection-related threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide.
RFIs include, but are not limited to:

S.
persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.
S.
operations and interests.
Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.
S.
and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources, provided by the Government, to identify current and emerging threats, FIE Modus Operandi, foreign entities pursuing acquisition of US and foreign military technology, dual-use components for illegal procurement, and other analytical requirements as determined by the customer.
Fuse all pertinent information to support the analytical requirements of the customer.
Communicate analytic findings in written assessments, formal analytic notes, briefings, graphics, written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs, and informal verbal briefings and participation in working groups, conferences, and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and CI information.
Support and engage with members of units across Army CI and IC elements.
Maintain collaborative contact with counterparts across the Army Counterintelligence community and IC concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure that all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.
Provide, engage, and participate in analytic exchanges, briefings, and training, both internal to the unit and external within the intelligence community, in order to facilitate the accomplishment of assigned products.
Apply the principles and requirements of the following regulations in any contractor-provided analytical support:
AR 381-12 (Threat Awareness and Reporting Program); AR 381-20 (US Army Counterintelligence); AR 381-10 (US Intelligence); and DoDI 5240.
23 (CI Activities in Cyberspace).
Identify and disseminate FIE Modus Operandi by conducting in-depth reviews of historical CONUS based CI investigations and provide periodic analytical updates on major investigations currently underway.
Identify intelligence gaps concerning current and emerging threats, develop intelligence information report evaluations, recommend source-directed requirements, and recommend collection requirements of emphases to focus collection activities against those gaps.

Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8 years' relevant intelligence analysis experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience, or Associate Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements US government clearance:
Current Top Secret/SCI Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
Work Environment:
General Office environment.
The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance:
Attendance is critical at all times.
Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday.
However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements.
Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
